2027-2028 Term Dates

Not yet published: Term dates for 2027-2028 have not yet been published for Lambeth. We will add them here once the local authority confirms them.
About these dates: Term dates for Lambeth apply to maintained schools. Academies and free schools may set their own dates. Always confirm with your school directly before making plans.

Lambeth Council sets term dates for the area’s maintained schools, published via its official term dates page. Lambeth has one of the lower academy conversion rates in London, with Department for Education data showing only around 26% of the borough’s schools are academies, yet the council and schools have built an unusually close working relationship regardless of school type: more than 90% of Lambeth’s schools, maintained and academy alike, have joined the Lambeth Schools Partnership, formed in 2016 to share resources and support across the borough. As with most local authorities, these dates apply directly to maintained schools; academies may set their own calendar, so it’s worth checking with your child’s school directly if they attend one. See our guide to why academies and maintained schools have different dates for more on how this works.
